Return/Exchange Policy

⚠ Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout. (See Shipping Policy for incorrect address questions)

Any purchase returned that used the Sezzle payment option will incur a 6% restocking fee. 

 

Time Frame: You have 10 days from the date your package was delivered to return an item back to us. We suggest using a tracking method, as we are not responsible for lost packages upon return. Be sure to plan 5-7 days for transit time.

 

Refund Type: Items may be returned for store credit only within 10 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition or are not received within the designated return window, you will be subject to an $8.00 shipping & handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

Sale Items: No returns are allowed on sale items. This includes any sale, discount, or markdown item of any kind. All jewelry, scarves, belts/buckles, socks, hair accessories/hats, and undergarments (Ex. camis, bralettes, strappies, leggings) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Shoes returned using the shoe box as a shipping container are not acceptable.

 

Return Conditions: All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached. No exceptions. Items that appear worn in any way-this includes but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfumes, animal hair/scent,   cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc. will not be accepted. Shoe boxes must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. We advise that you retain a receipt of shipment for your records. Returns sent in that do NOT meet the above criteria are subject to an $8 shipping & handling fee to be returned to you.

 

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Any item that has already been worn is not subject to be considered a "defective item" and no return or exchange is allowed. PERIOD. Colors and patterns may vary slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and the buyer must pay an $8 shipping & handling fee to be returned to you.

 

To initiate a return please contact us at info@shopthewilddiamond.com. Please include: Invoice number, Item description, and reason for return. Not including any of this information can cause delays in the process of your return.

 

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you are needing a new size or item please place a new order. We will refund the returned item when we receive it as long as it follows all above listed guidelines.
