Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). This is subject to change at any time.

 

The Wild Diamond is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped.

 

The Wild Diamond is not responsible for delays in shipping times per USPS. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered by the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 1-3 days to process the order. We cannot be held liable USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877). We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping time.

 

The Wild Diamond is not responsible for items marker "delivered" by the post office. Customers must make a claim with their local Post Office if they believe a package has been lost or stolen.  Tracking numbers for reference can be found in the shipping confirmation email, or by contacting us at info@shopthewilddiamond.com. 

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us/lost due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If this occurs, customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have package re-delivered.

 

If your shipping address is listed incorrect and we are contacted in time your order will be refunded and you must place another order with the correct address. We are not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. We try and ship orders within 1-3 days of receiving an order, so, if you realize you have made a mistake please contact us ASAP at info@shopthewilddiamond.com.
